	The IT Governance Model is an organized and collaborative way of making decisions. These decisions include: plans, policies, procedures, and long-term direction within an organization and among partners and cooperators.
	If 24/7/365 services are a fundamental requirement of the Information Age and if highly skilled use of Information Technology is critical to success, then there must be a process for broad participation in shaping the information architecture of the organization.
